A simple path to homeownership

A transparent process designed to help you become a homeowner.

Find Your Home

Browse our available homes, schedule a showing, and decide if the home is a good fit for your needs and budget.

Complete the Paperwork

Complete a short intake form and submit the required down payment. Once your down payment is received, we'll prepare and send your agreements for review. Your 3-day cooling-off period begins when you receive the agreements.

Sign & Move In

Complete your signing with an online notary. Once the cooling-off period is complete and all agreements have been signed by all parties, you're ready to move into your new home.
