Complete the Paperwork

Complete a short intake form so we can prepare your agreements. Once you receive them, your 3-day cooling-off period begins. During that time, review everything and submit your down payment.

Sign & Move In

Complete your signing with an online notary. Once all agreements are signed and the full down payment is received, you’re ready to move into your new home.
